- A: A standard 50 nmol vial typically provides enough for 50 to 200 imaging sessions, depending on your required concentration (usually 50 nM to 1 µM).
- Q: Is the tubulin in your kits >99% pure?
- A: Yes. Our TL238 tubulin is >99% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE, ensuring that your polymerization assays are free from contaminating Microtubule-Associated Proteins (MAPs).
